The full board and directors met on Saturday, June 21st to conduct business of the GLMCA and to make final selections for the 2009 Annual Sing next year in Kalamazoo. The board voted to have eight mass numbers and to have each chorus sing only one number.

This year, the Michiana Male Chorus hosted the Great Lakes Male Chorus Association's Annual Sing on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend Indiana.
